Ionized Jet Deposition (IJD) is a New Solution in thin film coatings suited to a multitude of   high-technology applications.

IJD is based on pulsed energy delivered by sub-microsecond gas jet discharge to the target. This method inherits the advantages of a PLD system, but by using a pulsed electron beam in the place of a laser the result is lower cost with the flexibility to scale up to an industrial process.
